Beaded Brilliance accepts returns for credit as long as the following guidelines are followed:
1) Merchandise must be complete & returned in its original condition.
2) A copy of the original invoice is included.
3) Returns are shipped within15 days of their receipt.
Please e-mail Beaded Brilliance to let us know what you are returning. A refund or credit will be issued to you once the return is received and inspected. If you paid by credit card, we will credit your credit card for the refund. For all other payments, we will issue you a check for the refund. If you wish to credit your account (“credit memo”), the amount can be applied to your next order.
MERCHANDISE RETURNED FOR REASONS OTHER THAN OUR ERROR
Returns considered to be other than our error include: You ordered the wrong merchandise, or you changed your mind after the order was shipped.1) We do not credit for shipping charges either way, unless the return was due to an error on our part.
2) Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We occasionally make errors so please check your shipment carefully when you unpack it. Returns considered to be our error include: defective merchandise, wrong items shipped, & shortage.
